The wonderful pool area is lovely and peaceful overlooking the golf course. The pool is so warm it’s like swimming in a bath. We had a great time staying in this lovely villa. We loved the decor from the floor tiles to the gorgeous dining table. The colour of the walls went with everything. We didn’t want to leave but will definitely book this villa when we next visit Orlando.

We visited Orlando for 15 days over July and booked this gorgeous villa. It is a modern, well kept and well equipped house. Lovely high ceilings and spacious rooms. It is in a perfect location to both the parks and local restaurants. Situated on a golf course with break taking sunsets. Communication with the owner was excellent and the villa had every home comfort you could need.

Had a great stay at this wonderful villa. Firstly- the location is excellent. Can’t get better than looking out onto a golf course for relaxation. Great position just of the US27. Just as close to the 192 as you are to Posner Parker retail area. Additionally there are plenty of grocery stories and food outlets just a stones throw. In terms of the villa itself, it was very spacious and comfortable. Well equipped kitchen, enough seating, laundry facilities, TV,WiFi, plenty of towels. Couldn’t fault it. In terms of completing the booking, Joan was very responsive and easy to deal with. On our stay, the battery for the door to the patio area ran out and Graham at the management company came out immediately and sorted. Again he was lovely and full of useful local knowledge. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this villa

We booked our stay at Highland Reserve direct with Joan and had no regrets doing so. From my first inquiry about booking the villa right through to after our stay, Joan was always at the end of an email and answered any questions within a couple of hours. The correspondence you receive about your arrival and departure are very detailed with everything you need to know. Highlands Reserve was very easy to find and in a quite neighborhood even with the Golf course behind Villa, The surrounding are is very good for supermarkets, fast food outlets and restaurants. The Villa itself is absolutely beautiful and very spacious with everything you need for your stay. The pool area is extremely good with a lovely view of the golf course,and even with the golf course behind it is pretty private and beautiful sunsets. I wouldn't hesitate in booking this villa again and I would highly recommend staying here.

FABULOUS VILLA Another fantastic holiday in Joan’s beautiful villa. We couldn’t wait to go back after our last stay and we were not disappointed. The villa is fantastic, it’s immaculate has everything you need. The master bed is the most comfortable bed I’ve slept in and the pool area is fabulous with the lovely views over the golf course or with the pool lights on at night . Highlands reserve is a really peaceful community and we love that you can walk to a variety of places to eat or drink and don’t have to drive all the time . Joan makes booking so easy and is there straightaway with any questions you may have. We are already talking about when we can all come back again ….we can’t wait. Thank you again Joan.

On the 23rd of September 2024 we booked for four weeks to stay at Joan’s Villa. everything. was so easy. from booking the villa and asking for a late checkout. Joan was very helpful. The villa is beautiful. The photos don’t do it justice the beds were so comfortable,and and the villa was lovely and clean inside.pool is amazing and the view was lovely specially at night time when the Sun was going down I would highly recommend this villa. you will not be disappointed

We were really surprised at how nice the villa actually is., the pictures really doesn’t capture just how amazing it is. We looked through the glass pane on the door when we arrived, and we thought there was water all over the floor! When we got inside, it was simply just extremely clean and polished floor tiles! So clean and reflective, you could fix your hair looking at them! Unbelievably spacious and warm, comforting feel to the place. All the rooms are beautifully fashioned with extremely attractive with modern furnishings. We were very sad to leave, but we booked next year before we even left for the airport! The locals are very friendly, we had numerous conversations with passers by. It was actually really nice to see some wildlife pass between the villas Jake Perrie

Fantastic Stay 5* After a long flight from the UK and a drive from Tampa, this villa was a sight for sore eyes! It was clean and very spacious and had everything that we needed. The pool was perfect and so warm! We were swimming at 5.30am the next day, not a breath of wind & the golf course green keepers were out doing their thing, squirrels running about and you could hear a pin drop - it's just such a lovely location. This serenity also remains throughout the day and into the evening, just perfect. The villa seemed larger in real life than in in the pictures & had more than enough space for our family. There were plenty of towels, both pool towels and bathroom towels. Plenty of cutlery and crockery. Also a very useful information pack with details of everything you may need including local doctors etc. We had an issue with the WiFi on the first night which was rectified the next day by the maintenance company, which I have to say were second to none. Joan herself is a pleasure to deal with. From day 1, she was friendly and helpful, providing me with all the information I needed and answering all my questions (there were a lot!). Nothing was too much trouble and I felt she genuinely wanted us to have a great holiday and enjoy the villa, which we absolutely did. I will definitely consider this villa the next time we stay in Florida and would 100% recommend to others.

Can I ask if you've had time to check the villa and when I can expect my breakage deposit back. We have stayed in Highlands Reserve many time and this was one of the best houses to date. I also wanted to say a huge thank you for all your help and assistance leading up to this trip. Joan we had a lovely stay in your beautiful Villa this Easter! Nice and spacious and very clean .. Pool faces onto the golf course so it's not overlooked which is great. Ideally located near the Interstate which is great if you fancy a drive to Clearwater and Busch Gardens. Well worth a 2nd and 3rd visit !

Regarding our recent holiday to the villa. It was a beautiful place. Very comfortable and it had all the essentials necessary for our stay. It was situated in a lovely area, very peaceful and quiet and within easy access to all the parks. The swimming pool was a particular favourite with the children and a lovely place to relax after a long day at the parks. The view over the golf course was lovely. We would certainly recommend this to our friends and hopefully one day come back ourselves. Thank you for making it a holiday to remember.

“We have just returned from a two week stay in this gorgeous villa. There was only 3 of us so we had lots of room to spare and to wander around in. The villa is perfectly situated for what we wanted - a straight forward 30 minute (ish!) drive to most of the parks and we really loved being so close to our new favourite supermarket Publix! The villa is very well kitted out if you need to cook, a much fancier home away from home! The decor is gorgeous; calming and uplifting. All the bedrooms are incredibly comfy but I wanted to bring the master bed home with us, mattress of dreams 😍 The pool area is lovely and we spent quite a lot of time out there taking in the tranquil settings. Such a gorgeous place to be based - short walk to the tennis courts, small playground and outdoor pool too. The whole booking/payment process was so easy and communication was great. We would love to plan a return visit at some point! Thanks so much”.

The property was situated in an excellent location.,close to many excellent restaurants and stores. The villa itself was spotless and had an amazing pool . Joan was extremely easy to deal with and her management company were also 1st class ,as an out of hours issue arose with the air conditioning was deal with within the hour ,in spite of the fact it was after 9 pm. Would re book again without hesitation .

Excellent villa with well placed location to all theme parks. Good size rooms and nice size pool with sun mid-morning till evening. Reasonably priced unlike some other villas in orlando. Good communication with owner from start to finish. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

The villa was spacious, very clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen was well equipped. There were plenty of pool and bath towels provided. The heated pool was excellent with plenty of chairs and lounges provided. The view overlooking the golf course on the 10th hole included a beautiful sunset. Highlands Reserve is a very nice safe community. Communications with Joan have been excellent. She was a pleasure to deal with. We hope to reserve this villa again.

Had a fabulous 2 week stay in a great villa which was in a great location close to all convenient stores and restaurants just off highway 27. Joan was a pleasure to deal with both pre and post holiday and always responded in a quick timely fashion. The villa had all the amenities required to ensure we had a pleasant stay and the pool and patio areas had unrestricted views over the adjourning golf course. I would definitely recommend this villa to anyone looking for a great villa in a great location.

What can we say? An absolutely immaculately clean and comfortable villa in a very quiet and peaceful setting. Choosing a villa is so difficult but we were in no way disappointed with any aspect of our recent stay at Joan’s villa, in fact the photos don’t do it justice. Joan made the whole process so easy from start to finish and nothing was too much trouble. There’s an abundance of local amenities very nearby and the area itself is lovely to stroll around either at dawn or at sunset.

The Villa is stunning beautifully furnished and has everything you need. It is in a great location just off HWY 27 and within easy access of all the theme parks. Lots of restaurants and supermarkets nearby too. Communication with Joan was excellent before, during and after our stay. If we are lucky enough to go back to Florida we will definitely return stay here again. Thank you for trusting us with your beautiful home.

We had a brilliant time at Joan's villa (villatorentorlando), the place is clean when we checked in and well equipped kitchen. The owner Joan is great in communication throughout and very quickly in resolving our request for additional towels. Great location on a golf resort and easy access to some local shops for groceries and food. Overall a very good value for money. The only comment we have is that the dining room could do with extra lighting.

We have just returned from renting Joan’s lovely modern villa on Highlands Reserve. Liaising with Joan made the booking process quick and faultless, any emails sent had a response the same day. The villa has one of the most peaceful pool areas we have stayed in Davenport. Watching the morning golfers whilst having a coffee! What makes this villa stand apart from others is the ability to walk to get breakfast, ice cream, publix , or an evening meal! The villa itself was homely, very clean, modern and two sitting rooms with TV’s, a welcome change from the usual reading sitting room that never gets used by a big family. This villa provided everything we needed and more! We had a wonderful stay! If only it was free so we could have returned in July/August… we will not hesitate to book again with Joan when there is availability Thanks again for a wonderful family holiday and allowing us to stay in your villa

The villa is spacious and well appointed, the master bedroom in particular is beautiful and massive. The pool is stunning and not overlooked, the setting of the odd golfer was great. Location to the local amenities is convenient with everything you could want and close to the parks. We had an amazing stay and cant wait to book again with a helpful and prompt owner

The villa was absolutely perfect for our family holiday. The kitchen is well equipped, the new furnishings are fab, the pool was great and the views of the golf course were spot on! The villa was absolutely spotless when we arrived. Highlands Reserve is such a lovely area and there are great facilities such as Publix, Mia’s Pizza and Applebees just a short walk away. We will definitely be back!

We have rented over 20 villas in the area over the years but this villa has been the best we have rented. The pool was amazing. It is a larger pool with beautiful night time lighting for those evening dips and a great view of the golf course. The 3 double bedrooms were perfect for us and our two grown kids and there were 2 twin rooms as well. The master bed was so comfortable and we slept really well and no complaints at all from the kids either. The kitchen is well equipped with an ice machine in the freezer. Everything was just right and we felt very comfortable and spoilt. Thank you for hosting us.

We stay on Highlands reserve almost every year so know the area well, close to shops and a couple of restaurants which are walkable (you don’t find that often in Orlando). The villa was tidy and homely and the pool was the best part as it was well heated and larger than other villas in the resort.

We stayed at Highland reserve villa 443 for a family vacation. The Villa was perfect layout for our large family. It easily housed my husband, myself, our five children, and my mom for our vacation. It was the perfect layout for our family. My mom was able to have the bedroom and bathroom to herself downstairs. There was plenty of room for the kids upstairs. There was a pack and play and stroller that made it convenient to travel travel with our toddler. Two of the bedrooms had two twin beds which were perfect for our two older girls and two boys to each share a room. The master bedroom was wonderful and the tub was so relaxing. The bathroom and shower in the master are very spacious. Our kids LOVED the pool. We had it heated since we were visiting in January and they were able to swim comfortably. We spent two days just swimming at the Villa and the kids were very happy and entertained. The layout of the house is perfect to be able to cook in the kitchen or sit in the living room while still being able to watch the older kids swimming in the pool. The neighborhood is very nice for walking. Our kids would’ve been content just staying at the villa all week and swimming. The villa was a convenient location. We rented a car and were able to get everywhere we wanted to go easily. We did two days at Disney parks and one day at Universal. We also did a day at the Kennedy space Center before flying out of Orlando Airport. We also visited Disney Springs and International Drive. The villa was an easy drive from the airport. There is a dollar tree and Dollar General less than a mile away. There is also an Aldi within a a quick drive. We did a grocery pick up there our first day and the kitchen was very convenient for saving on eating meals out and being able to take snacks/lunches into the parks. The host is wonderful to work with. She is very nice and super responsive. Our family loved it so much that we didn’t want to leave but we would love to return to this villa again in the future. -Tori Reynolds +

Lovely spacious villa. Had all mod cons and a fantastic equipped kitchen. Pool was heated to a nice temperature which was definitely worth the expense. Area seemed friendly/safe with friendly neighbours. Disney was about 20 minutes drive away with Universal about 40 minutes away. Walked to shops a few times at the bottom of the street for a pizza, IHOP and Publix supermarket

Thanks to Joan and family for a truely wonderful villa. Everything was immacutely clean and inviting. The pool was a delight and the views were delightful. Everything we needed was at the villa, truely a home from home. We would like to thank Jenny from the management company for all her help throughout our stay. We would return again to this villa and highly recommend to anyone wishing to have a totally relaxing home from home villa.

We just returned from our Orlando trip and would like to thank Joan for great stay. We were a family of four and found the villa very ho ely, comfortable and relaxing. The pool was really nice and big and the poolheat worked great especially for evening dips. The location of the villa is great. It is close for the theme parks and grocery stores. The Highlands Reserve estate was very homely and quiet. We would definitely stay at this villa again.

Would strongly recommend staying at this villa. It is so nice with a lovely pool. All rooms lovely and spacious. Very clean. Perfect place for family and friends. And ideal for m to have the downstairs bedroom. Just perfect. If e er get back would ask to stay here again. Easy to find. A perfect villa with everything you need.

First of all would like to thank Joan for being so understanding after we had to rearrange our holiday. Joan is also very prompt at answering any questions. Provided all necessary information before we left. Have stayed in Orlando many times and this villa is just like its photographs so you wont be disappointed. Villa is lovely inside and very modern and spacious with a very large pool deck overlooking the golf course. Shopping and a few restaurants very close and 5 minute drive from Champions Gate where you will find many restaurants. Look forward to returning.

Our family have stayed on Highlands Reserve area a number of times due to the standard of villas and the location to access the theme parks and numerous restaurants on 192 highway. This villa did not disappoint. Spotlessly clean, modern décor and every item you require to make your holiday as enjoyable as possible. The villa is large, comfortable and could easily accommodate a family of 10. Joan was extremely attentive from the minute we inquired about the villa until we returned back from our holiday. We recommend the Executive villa and will certainly contact Joan to stay in this lovely villa again on our return to Orlando.

We have just had the most amazing holiday and stayed at this Highlands Reserve villa. The villa is beautiful inside and out with everything we needed to relax as though we were in our own home and more. The pool area is delightful and was great to relax after a hectic day at Disney which is only 20 minutes away as are all the other parks. The property was sparkling clean and everything was so easy from receiving my email to the self check in and self checkout at the end of our stay. We will definitely be booking this property again. We stayed in this beautiful villa for 16 nights. From the moment we booked the owner Joan made the process very easy answering all questions promptly. Having stayed on Highlands Reserve several times we already knew where we were going from the airport but the instructions from Joan were easy to follow and access to the house very easy. The house is absolutely beautiful, clean, well equipped, spacious and modern with an amazing pool/decking area, just what was needed after a long day at the theme parks. Less than a 2 minute drive to Berry Town Centre where you can find a Publix supermarket, restaurants, takeaways, a bar and many more facilities. About a 20 minute drive to Disney theme parks. We would definitely recommend this villa, perfect location and we cannot wait to return.

Rented this villa for 3 weeks. The communication with Joan the owner before, during and after the holiday was first class with immediate response. Minor issues dealt with promptly. The villa was clean and well equipped. Very secure villa and a well maintained complex. Inside had plenty of space which enabled excellent group living but also room enough to have your own space when required. The outside area has the sun virtually all day with good quality seating. Golf course in good condition and not too expensive. You do need a car if you want to venture out although there is a small complex within 15 minutes walk with a few bars and restaurants. We usually went onto the 192 highway or to Champions Gate where there are some lovely bars and restaurants but someone always had to drive of course. Overall would highly recommend this villa.

Just home after a 2 week stay in this beautiful villa. The villa is gorgeous, immaculately clean, modern décor, spacious and with every type of kitchen appliance/utensil you need and more. The pool is gorgeous and a lovely temperature. It has a lovely view over the golfcourse and can watch a beautiful sunset from it. Highlands Reserve area is lovely and peaceful and friendly neighbourhood. Very close to Publix supermarket and a few restaurants including Applebees and IHOP, Only a 20 minute drive to Disneys Animal Kingdom. Joan the owner was excellent with communication and any information I needed and made me feel at ease booking my first villa rental. Would highly recommend the villa to anyone wanting a relaxing place to stay and with close distance to all the attractions of Orlando.

From the moment I sent the enquirey form Joan couldn't have been more helpful. This was the first time we had booked everything separately having previously opting for package holidays, but joan made the entire process easy answering all questions and accommodating our need for baby gates on the stairs. The villa was easy to find and looked gorgeous on arrival. The tables were laid beautifully and the pool lights lit. We knew we were going to have an amazing time. The villa was equipped with everything we needed and the sunset views over the golf course with a glass of wine and a steak on the bbq was the perfect way to end the day after we had enjoyed the magic of Disney. I cannot recommend this villa enough and we hope to return soon.

Highlands reserve is a well kept peaceful community with good access to all main attractions. The villa had just been newly decorated with new furniture in one of the 2 family rooms. The villa was very clean, well equipped and beds very comfortable. After a long day you can return and watch the sunset over the golf course from the pool. We would recommend this villa and would book again.

We have just had an amazing 2 weeks in this beautiful villa. It is immaculate and has everything you could possibly need. The view from the pool over the golf course is lovely and we loved the pool lights at night. We have stayed on Highlands Reserve before and love that you can walk to th supermarket and restaurants if you want. This is definitely the nicest villa we have stayed in and Joan is so nice and made the whole booking process so easy and straightforward. We cant wait to come back. Thank you Joan.

What a beautiful villa. Before booking I spoke to Joan who was very helpful with info about the villa and location. Always responded quickly and was very helpful when my daughter had an accident. The villa is spotlessly clean and had everything that we needed. The kitchen was well equipped. Master bedroom was amazing with a comfortable bed. The pool area is lovely. It was great to sit out in the morning watching golfers and wildlife but still felt totally private. Highlands Reserve is great with a supermarket, takeaways and restaurants. Also within a 15 minute walk we visited Applebees for dinner and enjoyed cocktails as we didn't have to drive!!! I would recommend this villa and hope to return when we next visit Florida.

Our family of 8 visited this beautiful villa in July 2018. Villa owner Joan was always available to contact with any questions prior to our visit. Information was clear and had no difficulty getting in. The villa was immaculately clean and very spacious. There were lots of crockery and cutlery and good quality baby items for our 8month old. The bedrooms were spacious, clean with plenty of hanging space. The master room was enormous with a beautiful large en-suite. There were three bathrooms There was free wifi throughout, excellent air con and fans in each room. The pool was absolutely beautiful with a fabulous view of the golf course. Pool furniture was of high quality and very comfortable. There were lots of plastic glasses for the pool area. There is also a pool alarm which is a good safety feature. The excellent safe location was close to all theme parks and a Publix supermarket. The villa overlooks the 1st tee of the golfcourse It was fantastic

I would like to say that we had a lovely holiday, your villa was perfect for us. Its on a very well kept development in a perfect location close enough to the parks but also peaceful for much needed rest days. The house was immaculate and well cared for and the views to the rear were amazing. Your management company were very helpful when needed. We would highly recommend your villa to anyone wishing to visit the area and my daughter-in-law has already passed your details on to some friends.

We stayed in this villa for 2 weeks at Easter. From the beginning we were very confident with our booking as Joan, the home owner, has excellent communication regarding bookings. On arrival everything was as expected. Normally the first thing I do is to wash knives, forks, glasses etc before we use them but I didn't even think about doing this as everything was so immaculate. We had a fabulous stay. Management company was easy to contact. They called one day to see if air conditioning was OK as it happened there was an error in the system but they knew before we did. The only thing we mentioned to Joan afterwards was that a clothes airer would be useful for airing clothes during your stay. Joan has since asked the management company to purchase an airer. This is our 12th visit to Florida for me and my family and this is the by far the best villa we have stayed in. the villa is clean and has everything you need for a holiday and more. the views are outstanding and we loved spending time at the home from home in the sun. joan the owner is very helpful with nothing too much trouble. We had a very easy booking process. we will definitely be using this villa and and have no hesitation in recommending to others. Wishing we were back already.
