Booking this Villa

To confirm a booking, we require our on-line reservation form to be completed (we shall send you through the link) and payment of a 20% deposit. The balance of payment along with a refundable security deposit of £200/US$300 is due 10 weeks prior to your arrival date. Where your arrival date is within 10 weeks, then full payment must be made to confirm the booking. To make booking straightforward, it is possible that we can hold your dates to enable you to finalise other travel arrangements. All bookings are subject to the Owner’s Terms and Conditions.

For stays of more than 7 nights, all prices are calculated on a pro-rata basis of the weekly rate. Discounts are available for stays of 21 nights or more. Stays of less than 7 days Incur a cleaning fee of £95/US$125. Please note that we are unable to accept bookings of less than 14 nights for dates around Easter, Christmas/New Year and holiday periods.

Pool Heating

To make full use of the pool during the cooler months of October through to April, pool heating is recommended. This an additional charge of £145/US$195 per week. Pool heating is not available in the summer months.


Cancellation Policy

Refunds for cancellations by the Primary Renter will be determined as at the date the request is received by the Owners. Where payments have been made for a Rental Period which has previously been changed, then any refund will be based on the date each payment was made in relation to the date of arrival of the booking at that time. The refund policy is as below:

• 70 or more days prior to the date of arrival (for which the monies were paid for) - all monies paid less the deposit and any rescheduling or administration fees.
• Between 42 and 69 days (inclusive) prior to the date of arrival - the security deposit, pre-paid pool heating, late check-out and 50% of the rental cost less any rescheduling or administration fees.
• In all other cases, any refund is made at the discretion of the Owners.

Where the booking is terminated by the Owners and/or Management Company, the refund of monies will be in accordance with the reason for the termination. No refund will be made for a breach or non-compliance of the terms and conditions of booking.

Force Majeure. The Owners and Management Company accept no responsibility or liability for loss, damage or alteration to the booking caused by events beyond our control, including, but not restricted to, flight delays/cancellations, airport closures, adverse weather conditions, fire, flood, war, industrial disputes or pandemics. To cover unexpected eventualities, the Owners strongly advise that adequate travel insurance is taken out when booking a villa.
